Access to the Service is provided through subscription clearance tiers. Payment is processed by Stripe. By purchasing a clearance tier, you agree to the applicable subscription terms, including any cancellation policy. All payments are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. The Service reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
You may not use the Service to: redistribute intelligence briefings to third parties; reverse-engineer or replicate the Signal Consensus Engine methodology; engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
All content produced by RichMegaForex Intelligence, including but not limited to briefings, system outputs, and the ForeXistenZ doctrine as applied within the Service, is the intellectual property of Steve Rich FX. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content from the Service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Steve Rich FX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any trading losses arising from reliance on intelligence briefings produced by the Service.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
The Service reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
