How to check if my forex trading strategy works? Well, I am currently doing forex trading backtesting using MotiveWave Software so I can check if the strategy I have established is profitable.

Each currency pair behave differently and a lot of external factors affects market trends as well. After few years of study, I have chosen so far a few set of major currency pairs I want to work with. Here I will be backtesting my strategy against each currency pair that I have chosen. Alongside with my risk management criteria, I use the results of my backtesting to trade in the actual markets.
